# Society dashboard — manage your society's VahanQR codes

> Track which society QR codes are in use or free, download print-ready stickers as a ZIP, pick the sticker design and order more codes.

The society dashboard is where a VahanQR society account manages its QR codes. It shows your account status, lets you choose the sticker design, download stickers ready to print, see which codes residents have activated, and order more.

## Your account status

The coloured box at the top tells you where you stand:

| Box | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **One step left** | Registered. "Choose how many QR codes you need below — your society activates as soon as the order goes through." |
| **Awaiting approval** | The VahanQR team is reviewing your registration. |
| **Society approved** | Active. Your codes, design and downloads are available. |
| **Not approved** | Suspended. The reason is shown, or "Please contact support." |

**Society details** lists your contact person, mobile, email, address, vehicles / flats, **Privacy plan** and registration date.

## How to order more QR codes

1. In **Order more QR codes** (or **Get your QR codes** before your first order), type **How many?**
2. If there is a price, you see the total, for example "25 × ₹…".
3. Press [[Pay ₹… & Order]], or [[Issue QR Codes]] when no payment is needed.

If ordering is off, you see "Need more QR codes? Contact the VahanQR team and they will issue another batch for your society."

## How to choose your sticker design

Under **Your sticker design**, press **Society** or **Rent**. Each shows a preview with your society name and a sample serial. You see "Sticker frame saved". All later downloads use this design.

## How to download stickers

1. In **Your QR codes**, filter with **All**, **Free** or **In use**, or type in **Search serial or vehicle no.**
2. Tick the codes you want, or press [[Select all]].
3. Keep **Print-ready sticker** ticked for the full sticker design. Untick it for the plain QR image.
4. Press [[Download … stickers (ZIP)]]. One code downloads as a single PNG; several download as one ZIP file.

To download a single code, press the [[⬇️]] button on its row.

> Print the **Free** codes, hand them out at the gate or the society office, and download again whenever you run out. Print at actual size.

If some files could not be made, you see "… could not be generated. Try again, or download the plain QR instead."

## Read the code list

The tiles at the top count your whole pool:

| **Total** | All codes issued to your society |
| **In use** | Activated by a resident |
| **Free** | Not activated yet |
| **Printed** | Marked as printed by the VahanQR team |
| **Ready to print** | Free and not printed yet |

The table shows each code's **Serial**, **Status** (**Free** or **In use**), **Vehicle**, **Resident** and **Printed**. **Batches issued** at the bottom lists every batch with its serial range.

Press [[↻ Refresh]] to update the list after residents activate stickers.

## Who can use this dashboard

Only the society account. It cannot add vehicles, read residents' messages or see their phone numbers. Residents manage their own vehicles from their own owner account.

## Tips

- Keep a simple register: serial number, flat number, date handed out.
- Remind residents to add an email when activating, so they receive their login and alerts.

## Questions people ask

### Can I see residents' phone numbers?

No. The dashboard shows only the resident's name and vehicle number. Phone numbers and emails are kept private.

### What is the difference between the Society and Rent designs?

They are two sticker artworks. Both carry your society name and each sticker's serial. Pick the one that suits your building.

### Can I download the plain QR without the sticker design?

Yes. Untick **Print-ready sticker** before downloading.

### Why can't I order more codes?

Self-serve ordering may be off, or your account may be suspended. Contact the VahanQR team.
