## What to include

To help us fix things quickly, send:

- your **registered mobile number** (never your password or OTP)
- the **vehicle number** involved
- the **exact message** you saw, or a screenshot
- for payments: the **amount**, **date**, and the **payment ID**, or the **UTR** and **Reference** shown on screen

## Things support can do for you

- Change your email, mobile number or emergency contacts
- Add a third emergency contact
- Check a UPI payment you submitted with a UTR
- Activate a pre-printed sticker that shows **QR Not Yet Activated**
- Delete your account and data
- Remove your number if someone listed you as their emergency contact
- Look into misuse of your sticker
