The VahanQR admin panel — for MJX staff
What MJX's Admin and Super Admin staff can do in the VahanQR admin panel — assign stickers, manage users, societies, prices and settings.
The VahanQR admin panel at /admin is where MJX Technologies' own staff run the service. Customers never see it. There are two levels — Admin with limited access, and Super Admin with full access — plus Sales staff, who work from the scan page.
#Admin (limited access)
The top bar says Admin Mode — Limited Access. The sidebar has two pages:

The Your Permissions box lists the rules: "Scan & assign unassigned QRs", "View your assigned vehicles", "Cannot delete anything", "Cannot bulk generate QRs".
The quickest way to assign a sticker is in person: physically scan it with your phone camera, fill the activation form for the owner, and press Activate & Register Vehicle. See Activate a pre-printed sticker.

Settings has four tabs: Features & Providers, Payment Gateways, Pending Payments and All Orders.

#Approving UPI payments
Pending Payments lists UTR numbers that owners submitted after paying by UPI. A Super Admin checks each against the bank and approves or rejects it. Approving credits the call minutes — or, for a privacy plan bought by UPI (at sign-up, sticker activation or an upgrade), applies that plan to the owner's account. Until then the owner stays on their current plan. Owners are told minutes usually arrive within 3–4 hours, and privacy upgrades within 24 hours.
#Signing in
Staff sign in on the normal login page and land in the admin panel. The sidebar's User Dashboard button opens their own owner dashboard, and Logout signs out.
#Questions people ask
Can a customer get admin access?
No. The admin panel is for MJX Technologies staff only. Societies have their own society dashboard.
What is the difference between Admin and Super Admin?
An Admin can assign unassigned stickers and see their own assignments. A Super Admin manages everything, including prices and settings.
Can a Sales user open the admin panel?
No. Sales staff activate unassigned stickers from the scan page itself.
