Sign up, add your vehicle, choose a privacy plan and download your VahanQR sticker in about five minutes.
In VahanQR, you go from zero to a QR sticker on your vehicle in about five minutes: create an account, add the vehicle, then download and print the sticker. All you need is your mobile number and your number plate.
#Steps to register and get your sticker
#Open the sign-up form

#Fill in your details
On Your Details (Step 1 — Account setup), fill in:
- Full Name and Mobile Number (exactly 10 digits)
- Email (for QR delivery) — optional, but your sticker is emailed here
- Password and Confirm Password (at least 6 characters)
- Emergency Contact 1 and Emergency Contact 2 — family or friends to alert (optional)
#Choose a privacy mode
Under Privacy Mode, pick one:
- No Privacy — free; callers see your number

- Strict Privacy — your number is never shown
The price or Free is shown beside each option. Press Next: Add Vehicle →.
#Pay, if your plan needs it
If the plan you picked has a fee, you see Step 2 — Payment with the one-time amount. Press Pay ₹… & Continue to pay, or Skip — Use No Privacy (Free) to continue on the free plan.
#Add your vehicle
On Vehicle Details, type your Vehicle Number Plate (RTO), for example MP09XY1234. State and city fill in from the plate. Then choose Vehicle Type and Vehicle Use, and fill Brand / Company, Model, State and City if they are empty. A Vehicle Photo is optional.
#Get your QR
Press Register & Get QR. Your QR code is created straight away.
#Print and stick it
Sign in, open My Vehicles, and press Download Sticker on your vehicle. Print it at actual size and stick it on the windscreen. See Download and print your sticker.
#What happens after you register?
- Your sticker arrives by email (subject: "Your VahanQR Code is Ready — your plate") with the print-ready sticker as PDF and PNG, plus the plain QR image.
- If MJX has WhatsApp delivery switched on, the sticker PDF may also arrive on your WhatsApp.
- On Light or Strict Privacy, your account gets the plan's free call minutes for this month. See Call minutes.
#Test your sticker
On your dashboard, press Preview on the vehicle card. This opens the same page a stranger sees when they scan your sticker. Check your vehicle details and the call button. See Scanning a VahanQR sticker.
#Already have a pre-printed sticker?
If your society or MJX gave you a sticker that is not linked to a vehicle yet, you do not need this form. Scan the sticker and fill in the activation form instead. See Activate a pre-printed sticker.
